Blue Dragon (청룡, Cheongryong) is a Fallen One from Heaven and one of the four leaders of the Dan Ui Guild.[1]

So far, he has only appeared once and his body was all black, so it's not known how he actually looks like.[2]

He and the rest of the Dan Ui Guild leaders held a meeting to discuss what to do with Han Jihan. They decided to initiate their northbound plan and give the illusionary space of traitor organizations to Han Jihan and help him increase his production rate.
